Architectural & Landscaping Modifications
Any owner wishing to make a change to the exterior of your home or landscaping must submit an application and obtain prior written approval.  An Architectural Review fee of $5,000.00 will be charged for new construction.  Additional Architectural Review fees may be charged for resubmittal, remodels, or other special circumstances.
 

Review Fees & Performance Deposits
The following review fees and refundable performance deposits will apply:
Level 1 - $250 Fee, $750 Performance Deposit
·       Exterior Painting (different color)
·       Replacement of the existing roof
·       Hot tub installation
·       Fence Installation
·       Sail/Canopy installation
Level 2 - $750 Fee, $1,500 Performance Deposit
·       Solar installation
·       Balcony/handrail alterations
·       Landscaping changes requiring excavation machinery
·       Replacement of external siding with a different material
·       Driveway alterations
·       Shed/storage structures
Level 3 - $1,500 Fee, $5,000 Security Deposit
·       Additions increasing the home’s current footprint or total square footage
·       Outdoor pool installation
·       Structural changes to the roofline
·       Addition or removal of windows and external doors and/or change of door types
·       Addition of a new deck or patio to the property
·       New retaining walls or significant changes to the grade
·       Deck extensions
·       Garage extension
